At Dhimira Art, every resin product is handcrafted and packed with utmost care to ensure safe delivery. Orders are usually dispatched within 4–6 working days, as many of our products are made-to-order or customised. Shipping charges are applicable separately and are calculated based on the product type, weight, and delivery location.

We use reliable courier partners and ensure all items are securely packed using protective materials. However, due to the fragile nature of resin products, we do not accept returns or replacements for items damaged during transit, as handling is beyond our control once the package is dispatched.
